Engineering judgement with a commercial view.

Felix Li is a civil engineering and project management professional with more than 21 years of experience spanning major infrastructure, commercial development and residential projects.

Before establishing his New Zealand practice, Felix worked with international built-asset consultancy EC Harris and led construction cost functions for Nan Fung Group in China. His project experience includes consultancy work connected with Shanghai Tower.

Since relocating to New Zealand in 2023, he has worked across local civil construction, residential delivery and Auckland property development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Project Management and professional membership of RICS as MRICS.
